This proposal for a summer house in the recreational area Äspet in Åhus, is situated on a sand ridge facing the Baltic Sea. The existing plot will be divded in two in order to build a new house next to their client’s existing house. A cluster of pines occupy the site and we have integrated them into the new house by creating a circular atrium around which the house is organised.
