Transformation of a guest/library pavilion courtyard in Heizhima hutong. Functioning as a studio for the Institute for Provocation, the space is used as an artist's studio, co-working space and event space. The Institute for Provocation is an independent art space with residency programme, hosting artists from The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Australia among others. IFP also arranges public events such as salons, seminars and workshops. The workspace is shared by independent artists, architects, and other creative professionals.
